SpeedJG License Agreement

1. Subject of the Agreement

The "SpeedJG" software program (hereinafter referred to as "Software Product") is developed and owned by Wöhrmann Softwareentwicklung, Brotmannstr. 29, 85635 Höhenkirchen, Germany (hereinafter referred to as "Developer"). The Developer grants the Licensee a nonexclusive license for the Software Product in return for payment of the license fee at the advertised price. The granting of a license means the right to use the product under the terms of this agreement.

2. Usage of the Software Product

This Software Product is shareware. You have the limited right to evaluate this product for 30 days. After the expiration of the evaluation period of 30 days you must either purchase a license of this program or stop using it!

Testing Period

The Shareware version of this Software Product may be installed on any computer during the evaluation period. Ownership of the copies of the Software Product remains with the Developer.

Registration

The Shareware version can be unlocked with a license key. This key will be sent electronically to Licensee after he has purchased the Software Product. The license key is a personally conditioned single-user authorization key and will be delivered according to this license agreement. Licensee is not allowed to pass this key to a third party.

3. Limitations

The main component of the Software Product is the executable Java library named "SpeedJG.jar". Licensee is not allowed to modify, adapt, reverse engineer or decompile this library or attempt to discover the source code of the Software Product.

4. Liability

The Developer disclaims, and Licensee hereby waives, any and all implied warranties or claims. The Developer shall not be liable for any special, incidental, or indirect damages that result from using the Software Product or for any consequential economic damages (including lost profits or savings), even if the Developer has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Furthermore the Developer shall not be liable for the loss of, or damage to, your data or recorded data or for any damage claims by Licensee based on any third party claim.

Otherwise the Software Product is provided "as is". The Developer does not guarantee that the Software Product contains no errors and shall not be liable for direct or indirect implications of the use of the Software Product, including those caused by possible errors and misprints in the Software Product package.

5. Compensation for Violations of this Agreement

Licensee shall be liable to the Developer for any damages arising from the violation of this agreement by Licensee.

6. Duration of this Agreement

The Software Product may be used for an unlimited period of time. The right to use the Software Product will terminate if Licensee breaches this agreement. After termination of this agreement Licensee has to delete all remaining components of the Software Product.

7. Changes and Updates

The Developer shall be allowed to modify and update the Software Product at his own discretion.

8. Transfer of Rights to the Software Product

The Developer may at any time alienate the rights to the Software Product. In this case all rights and responsibilities of the Developer regarding this agreement are conveyed to the transferee of the rights to the Software Product.

9. Jurisdiction

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The court of jurisdiction for any conflicts arising from this agreement is located in Munich, Germany.

10. Severability Clause

If any provision or portion of this agreement is or becomes invalid, the remaining provisions shall not be affected. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid provision which corresponds to the largest extent possible under law to the content and purpose of the invalid provision.

SpeedJG - Online Source-Code Generation Service Agreement

1. Subject of the Agreement

The "SpeedJGApplet" and "SpeedJGSignedApplet" software programs (hereinafter referred to as "Software Service") are developed and owned by Wöhrmann Softwareentwicklung, Brotmannstr. 29, 85635 Höhenkirchen, Germany (hereinafter referred to as "Developer"). The Developer grants the Licensee a nonexclusive license to execute this Software Service. The granting of a license means the right to use the service under the terms of this agreement.

2. Usage of the Software Service

This service is implemented by so-called Java Applets. You have the right to execute this service only via the internet page the Developer has provided.

3. Limitations

The main components of this Software Service are the executable Java libraries named "SpeedJGApplet.jar" and "SpeedJGSignedApplet.jar". Licensee is not allowed to download, modify, adapt, reverse engineer or decompile these libraries or attempt to discover the source code of these libraries.
